Michael Gish - Born 1969
Michael Gish was born and raised in Modesto, California.
At the age of 16, he accepted Christ as his Savior. He began to develop a heart for missions at the age of 19, and has had the opportunity to work in many short and long term missions, including: China, New Mexico (on the Indian reservation), and Nicaragua. In addition to missions oriented work, he also likes to be involved in men’s small groups and Bible studies.
Michael began attending Calvary Chapel of Crook County in the fall of ‘06 while in the process of expanding his business from Modesto, CA. The rest of his family joined him in the spring of ‘07. At the beginning of 2008, Michael came on as an elder.
Michael and His wife Gina have been married for almost 18 years, and have five wonderful children, Madison (16), Harrison (11), Jackson (7), and Jiselle and Jillian (both 6).
In their free time they enjoy swimming, fishing, and basketball, and the feminine section of the the family enjoys sewing, knitting, and crocheting. In addition to all of that, they enjoy having family and friends over for dinner and fellowship.
