BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, January 29, 2012.

The back row of chairs: is saved for parents of young children, nursing moms, the elderly, and for people to pray together. Thanks for your help.

2fort2 Home Groups: This Wednesday, Feb. 1, is the first Wednesday of the month, and you know what that means. We meet here, at the church, for a time of corporate prayer and worship, starting at 6:30 p.m.

2011 tithe reports available: These have been e-mailed or are in envelopes in the foyer. If you don’t receive yours either of these two ways, see Annette.

Lots planned for our women

  • · Our five-week study of Philippians continues this week with two study times: Tuesday evening, Jan. 24, from 6:30-8:00 p.m., and Thursday morning, Jan. 26, from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
  • · Corvallis Calvary Chapel has invited us to their retreat Feb. 10-12. The cost is $138 and the signup sheet is in the foyer.
  • · Save the date! Our own women’s retreat will be at Suttle Lake, May 18-19.

Helping Hands in need of a new overseer:Our Helping Hands ministry does just that – help. We help with moving, simple household repairs, yard work, and whatever is reasonable for those in the Body who have such a need. Now we need another overseer of this important ministry. If you’re interested, see Rory.

Blessed are those who clean! Do you have a desire to serve in the church but aren’t sure how or where? Our cleaning crew needs more help and would love to have you join us. Please consider being a part of this much-needed and important service to your church. Contact Cheryl Hibbs at 542-580-0252 for more information.

Calvary Pantry in need of donations: As you know, this is a free source of non-food items for those in the Body who could use a little material help. We are getting short on personal hygiene products, paper products, and household/cleaning supplies. See Annette, Barb, or Gayle, if you’d like to donate.

Fellowship directory: Once again, it’s time to update our directory. If you’re new here, or your information has changed, fill out the form in the foyer and put it in the Agape Box.

Calvary e-prayer group: We have a list of people who receive e-mailed prayer needs and then . . . pray, pray, pray! If you’d like to be involved – or have a need for prayer yourself – send a note to ccccprayerrequest@gmail.com.

Did you know we have a library? Cold, winter nights got you looking for something to do? Check out our growing collection of Christian books. One will be just right for you! See SuZanna or Gayle if you’d like to borrow a book or two.

Times of Corporate Prayer: Meet here this Thursday evening at 6 p.m. as we come together for an intimate time of prayer and worship at The Pulse. There is also a time to gather for prayer at 8 a.m. before our Sunday services.
