Senior’s Ministry
Seniors Serving Our Savior, or S.S.O.S., is the senior’s ministry at Calvary Chapel of Crook County.
the ministry of S.S.O.S. involves several levels:
- Every Monday, Fall-Spring, we hold a senior’s Bible study at the church, from 7-8:30pm.
- Once a month we lead a service at the Ochoco Care Center from 4-5pm.
- Once a month we serve lunch at the Senior Center.
- Once a month we serve lunch at the Oasis Soup Kitchen.
In all of these it is our desire to do more than simply reach into our own group, but also to reach out to the surrounding community in love and service.
