Men’s Ministry – Core Groups
Men’s ministry is one of the most crucial areas of a church. It is our desire to reach men in our communitybecause we believe that as we reach men we will reach the entire family. When men are ministered to, it yields amazing fruit. As men are bringing their lives under the authority of Jesus Christ, they begin to live in the definition of masculinity which God created them for, and not in the world’s definition.
Here at Calvary Chapel our men’s ministry has a three-fold emphasis:
- To Draw men to Jesus Christ so that they might live their lives for Him.
- To disciple men in the the Word of God, and the life lived by the Spirit rather than the flesh.
- To raise men up into roles of leadership first at home, then in other areas where God leads.
All of this is so that God be worshiped by men!
Our Men’s Ministry currently is meeting in separate “Core Groups.”
