Frank Sanchez – Elder

Frank grew up primarily in Redmond, Oregon, where his family had moved to when he was nine years old. His family went to a lot of different churches while he was growing up, but he never would have claimed to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. It wasn’t until 2000, that Frank gave his life to Christ.
Frank met Pastor Ryan when Ryan was the assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Redmond. In fact, it was Pastor Ryan who had discipled him when Frank was just starting out in his walk with Jesus.
In the summer of 2007, Frank and his family began attending Calvary Chapel of Crook County, full time. It was in the late fall of 2008 that Frank was asked to come on board as an elder.
His desire is to teach God’s word and help people develop a closer walk with Jesus. He believes the Lord has given him a shepherd’s heart and a desire to serve Him and His people.
Frank and his wife Patty have been married since 1995. They have three kids between them; Cara, Ashley, and Daniel. They also just welcomed a new grand-daughter, Caliegh Jo, in the late summer of 2008.
In their free time, Frank, Patty, and Cara like to kick back with a movie and some popcorn, or get together with friends and family. Frank says that he and Patty also like to go fishing, and they hope to get back into hiking again, soon.
